| Please
be vigilant
We
are in a time of turmoil, and it is likely that
terrorism will hit London in the near future.
DO
NOT BE A VICTIM - Our security team does all it
can to protect you from threats both old and new.
Things you can do to help yourselves are:
- Try
to walk in groups
- Do
not loiter outside the Shul where it is obvious
you are Jewish
- Report
any suspicious behaviour to our security team
on the door
- Report
unattended packages
- Report
all incidents that may be considered racist.
This helps build a pattern
- Most
importantly, if you are scared to come to Shul
or walk home, tell us in advance, we may be
able to help

Do
you know any information about the history of the Jewish
East End of London, and more specifically, The Congregation
of Jacob?
We
would like your stories, please write in or e-mail us
with your memories so that we can preserve them for
future generations.
